Evan Tanuhardja

Evan Tanuhardja is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in presales and solution engineering across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Presales APAC at LivePerson since August 2019, Evan focuses on building a presales team that effectively showcases product value to enhance customer communication. Previously, Evan held the role of Director Solution Engineering at SAP Customer Experience from February 2016 to July 2019, where responsibilities included transforming customer experience strategies through technology. Early career roles include Director Solution Engineering for ANZ, SEA & India at SAP Hybris, Senior Solutions Engineer, Solution Engineer, and Pre-Sales Consultant at Agresso Australia, where Evan contributed to market expansion and the development of cloud offerings. Evan's career began as a Project Engineer at ATIVO Maintenance & Project Services, implementing project management methodologies and quality management initiatives. Educationally, Evan holds a dual Bachelor of Engineering and Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing and Management and Computer Science from UNSW.
