Lisa Wang is a Customer Success Leader with over a decade of experience in Customer Success and Account Management. They currently serve as the Director of Customer Success at LivePerson, where they leverage their expertise to foster client relationships and drive outcomes. Previously, Lisa held significant roles at Attentive, including Director of Client Strategy and Sr. Client Strategy Manager, managing extensive account portfolios and leading teams to exceed revenue targets. Lisa also contributed as a Fashion Editor and Creative Director at SHEI Magazine early in their career. They hold a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
