Paul S Flanagan

Paul S Flanagan is an experienced professional in conversation design and IT operations, currently serving as EMEA and Global Conversation Design Manager at LivePerson since January 2021. Paul has also held the position of Conversational AI Engineer at LivePerson and worked as IT Operations Manager for educational charity projects at VRProductions since August 2019. Previously, Paul was a Digital Bot Developer at Sky from March 2017 to December 2020, where responsibilities included the design, implementation, and management of chat bot technologies. Additionally, Paul served as Managing Director at Boss Digital Media Ltd from January 2019 to December 2020. Paul holds a BSc in Computation, Computer Science from The University of Manchester, obtained between 2003 and 2007.
