Luciana Downing

Luciana Downing is an accomplished Executive Leader with extensive experience in data partnerships and customer success, currently serving as Engagement Director for Data Safe Haven at LiveRamp since October 2017. Luciana has successfully led diverse teams across various functions, driving large-scale enterprise-level data collaborations and optimizing product roadmaps. Previously, Luciana held senior roles at LiveRamp, including Principal Customer Success Manager and Global Account Director, where significant revenue growth and user adoption were achieved. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Director for Global Data Solutions at Merkle, directing teams to develop impactful strategies for major clients. Education includes an International Diploma in Marketing and Advertising from the University of California, Berkeley, and advanced programs from both MIT and Stanford University in business strategy and leadership.
