Takao Noguchi

Takao Noguchi is currently a Staff Software Engineer at LiveRamp since August 2021. Prior to this, Takao worked at focaldata as a Chief Data Scientist from May 2018 to July 2021. Takao's experience also includes roles as a Research Scientist at Queen Mary University of London, a Research Associate at University College London, and a Web Developer at University of Warwick - Warwick Business School. Takao holds a Ph.D. in Psychology/Behavioural Science from the University of Warwick and has a Bachelor's degree in Law from The University of Tokyo and a Master's Degree in Psychology from the University of Glasgow.
