Michelle Kleman

Michelle Kleman is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Human Resources Officer at Livermore Area Recreation and Park District and Human Resources Manager at Tony La Russa's Animal Rescue Foundation, Michelle also works as a Career Coach and Facilitator with Lee Hecht Harrison. Previous roles include Employee Resource Manager/Human Resources Generalist at GE Power & Water, and HR Generalist at St. Elizabeth's Hospital, among others. Michelle holds a Master's degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources from Michigan State University and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Purdue University.
