Denise Jones BEM, BA (Hons) Dip.Inf MCLIP, possesses extensive experience in library and information services, currently serving as the Acting Customer Services Manager at Liverpool Central Library since October 1998, with prior roles including Development Manager, Citizenship and Equality Officer, and Senior Community Librarian. Denise co-founded Liverpool Makefest in March 2014, a festival celebrating the fusion of creative digital arts, science, and making. Educationally, Denise holds a postgraduate diploma in Information and Library Studies from Liverpool John Moores University and a BA (Hons) in Humanities/Combined Studies from the University of Central Lancashire.
