Ellen Kiely

Ellen Kiely is an experienced community development professional currently serving as the Community Development Team Leader at Liverpool City Council since September 2018. Ellen holds a Master's degree in Muslim minorities in a global context from SOAS University of London and a BA in International Relations from Queen Mary University of London. Ellen has extensive experience in supporting refugee and asylum seeker communities, having worked as a Programme Support Officer at Merseyside Refugee & Asylum Seekers Pre & Post Natal Support Group since 2014, and previously as an Outreach Development Manager at Refugee Women Connect. Ellen's background includes leadership roles in student organizations, as well as roles in fundraising and community engagement.
