Paul Strafford

Paul Strafford is an experienced media technology professional currently serving as the Director of Media Technology at Liverpool Football Club since January 2022. This role involves supporting a large media team in a 24/7 operation for the club’s international TV distribution, live matches, and social media channels. Prior to this, Paul held the position of Senior Manager - Media Technology at NEP Connect, where responsibilities included providing critical connectivity to major broadcasters after the acquisition of SIS Live. Paul's career began in 2011, with experience as an MCR Engineer at SIS Live and NEP Group, and roles as a camera operator and editor for various film and TV companies during university. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Media Technology from The University of Salford.
