Nicole Y.

Nicole Y. has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Nicole started their career as a Registered Nurse at MATER MISERICORDIAE HOSPITAL, where they provided care to infants in the nursery and treated women with maternity and gynecological conditions. Nicole then joined Queensland Health as a Registered Nurse and later took on roles such as After Hours Clinical Nurse Consultant, Clinical Nurse Consultant for Hepatitis/Liver, and Team Leader for Alcohol, Tobacco, and Other Drugs Management within the Mental Health Service Group. During their time at Queensland Health, Nicole achieved significant milestones including budget rebuilding, introduction of revenue production, and successful stakeholder relationship and engagement. In 2016, they joined Healthscope as a Manager at Damascus Health Services - Brisbane Private Hospital, where they focused on business development, corporate governance, and program growth and development. Currently, they are working as the Assistant Director of Clinical Services (integration) at Lives Lived Well, overseeing various portfolios and funding contracts nationally. Their responsibilities include ensuring clinical, financial, and operational performance, stakeholder engagement, research participation, and maintaining safety standards.
