Laura Litton

Laura Litton has a diverse and extensive work experience in the education sector. Laura is currently the Director of Success at LiveSchool, where they bring their vision for positive student behavior and school culture to life. Previously, they served as the Director of Success at Screencastify, where they developed and implemented strategies to drive growth and attainment in schools and districts. Laura also worked as the Director of Enablement at ThinkCERCA, where they created assets and processes to empower various teams. Prior to that, they were the Director of Teacher Happiness at Classkick, where they established a community of brand ambassadors and executed successful marketing campaigns. Laura also has experience working in the Chicago Public Schools system as a Resident Principal, Curriculum Coach, Data Analyst, MTSS Coordinator, and Technology Coordinator. Laura began their career as an 8th Grade Mathematics Teacher at Perspectives Charter Schools and later taught 7th Grade Language Arts and Mathematics at Chicago Public Schools. Throughout their career, Laura has demonstrated expertise in leadership, strategy, cross-departmental collaboration, and instructional design.

Laura Litton has an extensive education history that includes various degrees and certifications. Laura completed their Bachelor of Arts in Educational Studies and Computer Science at Illinois Wesleyan University from 2004 to 2008. Afterward, they pursued a Master of Science in Educational/Instructional Technology at Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, which they obtained between 2009 and 2010.

Furthering their education, Laura completed a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction at Benedictine University from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from Dominican University in 2014 and 2015. During their time at Dominican University, Laura also obtained a Principal Endorsement in June 2015.

In addition to their academic achievements, Laura Litton has obtained various certifications. Laura became a certified Scrum Master through Scrum Inc. in November 2019. Laura also holds several certifications related to customer success and sales leadership. Notably, Laura completed the Customer Success Certification, Revenue Operations Certification, and Rising Sales Leadership Certification through Sales Assembly, all in 2020 and 2021. Laura also obtained Customer Success Manager Level I and Level II certifications from Pulse Academy by Gainsight in December 2021. Finally, Laura obtained a Reading Specialist certification from Benedictine University in October 2014 and holds a Professional Educator License - Type 03 from Illinois Wesleyan University since August 2008.
