Noel Miller

Noel Miller is currently the Director of Program Success at BlueStep, a position held since September 2025. Prior to this role, Miller served as Program Director at New Haven Residential Treatment Center from October 2022 to October 2025 and held various leadership positions at Embark Behavioral Health, including Executive Director and Associate Executive Director, between March 2022 and September 2021. Additional experience includes the role of Director of Operations at Sunrise Residential Treatment Center and Executive Director at New Haven Residential Treatment Center. Miller also worked as Residential Director at Sunrise Residential Treatment Center from September 2012 to April 2018 and was an Administrative Assistant at American Family Insurance from March 2013 to June 2014. Noel Miller earned a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Southern Utah University, completing the program in 2012.
