Cara Cunningham is an experienced tech support professional currently serving as Lead Tech Support at LiveShopper Sassie since March 2020, following the merger with SurfMerchants. With a background in tech support at SurfMerchants LLC from May 2012 to March 2020, Cara specialized in addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with various teams to enhance software functionalities. Prior to this, Cara held roles with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Database Support Specialist and Administrative Assistant, and with Insight Direct as Office Manager. Cara began the professional journey in customer service as Registrar and Exhibits Planning Coordinator with the National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges.
