Venessa Matros is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational excellence, business management, and program management. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Application Services at FORWARD Platform since March 2021, Venessa has successfully implemented process enhancements and developed Standard Operating Procedures to improve workflow efficiency. As the Owner of Pacific Northwest Notary Services, Venessa manages all aspects of a small business, creating strong partnerships within the mortgage industry. Previously, Venessa was the Family Self-Sufficiency & Homeownership Program Manager at Housing Authority of Island, where a 92% employment success rate was achieved and program funding was increased significantly. Venessa's career began at Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar, where management and training skills were honed. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Social Science and Business Administration from Washington State University and an Associate of Arts transfer degree from Skagit Valley College.
