Pauline Escaffre

Pauline Doat-Escaffre has extensive experience in account management and customer success, currently serving as Senior Enterprise CSM for SEMEA at Livestorm since May 2021, following roles as Enterprise CSM and Enterprise Account Manager. Prior to Livestorm, Pauline worked at Carts Guru from January 2019 to May 2021, where responsibilities included leading a team of Key Account Managers, managing a portfolio worth over 300k€ MRR, and developing strategies to optimize client performance. Earlier experience includes positions at Criteo as Account Strategist and at Natexo as Account Manager, among others. Pauline holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and Management from KEDGE Business School and a Bachelor’s degree from TBS Education.
