Lauren Mitcheltree

Lauren Mitcheltree has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Lauren is currently the Vice President of Customer Success at LiveSwitch Inc. since June 2022, where they previously served as the Head of Customer Advocacy from June 2021 to June 2022. Prior to LiveSwitch, Lauren worked at Treehouze as part of the Operations team starting in February 2022. Lauren also gained valuable experience at VitalSource as a Senior Customer Success Manager - Enterprise from March 2020 to June 2021. Additionally, Lauren held positions at ShiftWizard as a Senior Manager, Services from January 2018 to March 2020 and as a Project Manager from July 2017 to January 2018. Lauren started their career as a Customer Support Representative at AlertNow in December 2008 and has since held roles such as Service Quality Lead Analyst at Blackboard (Formerly AlertNow) from December 2009 to December 2010, and Operations Coordinator at Bradford Products, LLC from May 2008 to December 2008. Lauren also worked at Citrix Sharefile as a Customer Success Manager from October 2013 to July 2015 and at Intuit as a Project Manager from October 2012 to October 2013, as well as an Implementation Specialist from March 2011 to October 2012.
