Previously, Stewart held several leadership positions at The Star Entertainment Group from April 2015 to September 2019, including Head of Customer Service Excellence, where responsibilities included customer journey mapping and culture transformation initiatives. Prior experience includes significant roles at Virgin Australia, where Stewart managed customer service capability and service development, as well as training management roles at The Perfume Connection and TK Maxx. Stewart holds a BSc (Hons) in Geophysics from the University of Leicester and a Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment.
