Zak Stelmaszek has a diverse work experience in the field of electrical systems engineering. Zak is currently serving as the Chief Engineer at LiveWire since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Lordstown Motors Corporation as the General Director for Vehicle Electrical Systems from 2020 to 2022 and as the Director for Vehicle Electrical Systems from 2020 to 2022. Before joining Lordstown Motors Corporation, Zak Stelmaszek worked at Harley-Davidson Motor Company where they held the position of Technical Lead, managing a team of 8 direct reports and leading the electrical content development for the Custom Vehicle Operations Touring Program. Zak also worked on the Live-Wire project, an electric vehicle demonstrator, during their time at Harley-Davidson Motor Company. Before that, they served as the Manager - Electrical Systems at ESG Automotive from 2008 to 2013. Prior to that, they gained experience as a Product Release Engineer at Chrysler LLC from 2005 to 2008, an Electrical Systems Engineer at Yazaki North America from 2000 to 2005, and a Project Engineer at Precision Edge Surgical Products from 1997 to 2000.

Zak Stelmaszek obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering from Lake Superior State University, which they attended from 1995 to 2000. After a break in education, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, where they studied from 2004 to 2006.
