Carsten Simons is an accomplished finance and technology executive with extensive experience across multiple firms. Currently serving as Geschäftsführer Finanzen & Technik and a member of the Advisory Board on Business Development at LivEye International since January 2019, Carsten focuses on innovative mobile video surveillance solutions. In addition, Carsten has been the CEO of Gloria Capital GmbH & Co. KG since December 2015, specializing in M&A advisory, corporate finance, and capital market consultancy. As Geschäftsführer at FinanzInitiator GmbH since February 2013, Carsten oversees investment activities combined with advisory services. Previously, Carsten held the position of Geschäftsführer at MC INVEST LIMITED from November 2005 to February 2019, concentrating on corporate finance. Carsten's educational background includes training at Cologne University of Applied Sciences and expertise in Structogram and Triogram methodologies.
