Anant Misra

Anant Misra has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Anant currently holds the position of Vice President Lithium Business at Livguard since October 2019. Prior to that, from January 2016 to September 2019, they served as the Business Unit Head at GreenFuel Energy Solutions (I) Pvt. Ltd., where they led the diversification of the company in E-Mobility and Energy Storage sector by developing Lithium Ion Battery Systems.

Anant also has experience working at LML as a Senior Manager from September 2013 to December 2014, where they were responsible for business process improvements and IT implementations as the Single Point of Contact between the IT and Plant teams. Anant has also contributed to the implementation of SAP in the plant.

Earlier in their career, Anant worked as an Entrepreneur in the Telecom Infrastructure sector at Sri Balaji Enterprises from 2009 to August 2013. Here, they oversaw the start-up and development of the firm, successfully executing business worth over INR 10 million. Anant also expanded the business to include new clients such as VIOM Networks, American Tower Company, and Tower Vision India Pvt. Ltd.

Anant began their career at Infosys Technologies Limited as a Senior Associate Consultant from May 2007 to November 2009. During this time, they worked on various software development projects, including the development of an application for brokerage business and creating a Liquidity Risk Management solution.

Throughout their career, Anant has demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and expertise in diverse industries such as energy storage, IT, and telecom infrastructure.

Anant Misra has a diverse education background. Anant obtained a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance from the Institute of Management, Nirma University. This degree was earned between the years 2005 and 2007. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (B.E.) at Bharati Vidyapeeth. This degree was obtained from 2000 to 2004. Additionally, Anant holds a Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from Chatrapati Sahuji Maharaj Kanpur University, Kanpur, although the start and end years for this degree are not specified. Moreover, they obtained a certification in the IBL@ISB in South Asia Social Enterprise and Impact Investing Careers Program from Impact Business Leaders in October 2015.
