Alan Ho

Alan Ho is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in IT governance and project management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of IT Governance at livi bank since June 2021, Alan Ho previously worked as a Project Manager at Pactera, managing digital and robotic process automation projects. Earlier roles include Assistant Manager of Technology Platform and Assistant IT Systems Support Manager at AXA Hong Kong and Macau, where Alan Ho led significant technology initiatives including OAuth SSO IAM implementation and robotic process automation solutions. Alan Ho began a career at AXA Asia Region as Lead Application Specialist and initially worked as a Senior Programmer at Winterthur Life Hong Kong. Alan Ho holds a Master’s degree in Information & Technology Management from CUHK Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from City University of Hong Kong.
