Billy Chan

Billy Chan is an experienced professional in the financial sector, currently serving as the Head of Digital Products for Retail Lending and Deposits at livi bank since July 2019. In this role, Billy oversees product ownership for various retail lending solutions, including Buy Now Pay Later and personal loans, as well as deposit products such as savings and foreign exchange. Prior experience includes a tenure at DBS Bank from July 2014 to June 2019, where Billy held the position of Assistant Vice President in Credit Cards & Unsecured Lending, successfully launching instant credit card approvals and digitizing loan processes. Billy began the career as a Graduate Associate, gaining extensive exposure to customer acquisition and product fulfillment. Billy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Risk Management and Business Intelligence from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, complemented by a minor in Mathematics, and completed secondary education at Ying Wa College.
