David Rafferty

David Rafferty is an experienced housing professional, currently serving as Head of Housing and Community Regeneration at Livin Housing since February 2020, following prior roles including Head of Housing and Head of Housing Management. With a diverse background in the housing sector, David held multiple positions at Home Group from April 2012 to January 2020, including Operations Manager, Service Development Manager, and Senior Customer Service Manager.
