Aleta Norris

Aleta Norris has been involved in the field of leadership development for over 30 years. In 1989, they began their career as a Leadership Development Facilitator for Wilson Learning. In 1996, they became a Partner and Co-Founder of Impact Consulting Group LLC. In 2002, they became a Partner and Co-Founder of Living As A Leader. In this role, they support the sales, marketing, growth and expansion of Living As A Leader, locally, regionally and nationally. Aleta is actively seeking organizations who would like to license their comprehensive Leadership Development System for in-house corporate use. Design features include workshops plus coaching, unique nuances for different levels of leadership, custom branding, eLearning and mobile app reinforcements, language translation of content, 360-degree assessment, flexibility related to topics and pace, train-the-trainer certification.

Aleta Norris received their M.S. in Adult Education/Organizational Science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1996. Prior to that, they obtained their B.S. in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 1985.
