Aurora Floodine

Aurora Floodine currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Living Earth - Mulch, Compost, Soils since November 2023 and as an Adjunct Lecturer at Southern New Hampshire University since March 2023. Previously, Aurora held the position of Human Resources Director at Valley Solvents & Chemicals from February 2020 to November 2023 and at Payne Auto Group from April 2008 to February 2020. Aurora began a career in human resources as the Human Resources Manager at Heart Clinic, P.L.L.C., overseeing operations for a clinic with 13 cardiologists and four locations from June 2006 to April 2008. Aurora's educational background includes a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership, a Master's degree in Organizational Development, a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, and an Associate of Arts in Sociology, all from Abilene Christian University and The University of Texas-Pan American.
