John Kim

John Kim is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in venture capital and board governance. As Managing Partner at Amasia since May 2013, John has played a pivotal role in various organizations, holding board positions at Dialpad, TreeDots, Aplikasi Super, Living Food Company, and previously at The Athletic and Tokopedia. Additionally, John served as a Board Observer at Xendit and as an Angel Investor for Ginkgo Bioworks, Inc. Educationally, John holds a BSEcon from The Wharton School and a BAS from the School of Engineering and Applied Science at the University of Pennsylvania, alongside foundational education from Wayland High School.
