Shikha Lakhanpal is a Co-Founder at Living Food. Prior to this, they worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow in Climate Change Mitigation and Development at Ashoka Trust for Research in Ecology and the Environment from December 2016 to September 2018.

Shikha Lakhanpal has a Doctor of Philosophy in Climate Change & Sustainability from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, a Mphil in Planning and Development from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, a Masters in Social Work from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, and a B.A in Psychology and English Literature from Panjab University.
