Thomas Opiyo

Thomas Opiyo currently serves as the Country Director at Living Goods since June 2018. Prior to this, Thomas held the position of General Manager - Central Africa at Merck KGaA from May 2016 to May 2018, overseeing operations across East and West Africa and leading commercial teams. Earlier experience includes roles at Novartis, where Thomas was responsible for overall P&L as GM/Franchise Head for P/M English East Africa and managed marketing across Sub-Saharan Africa. Thomas also held various positions at Beta Health Care International Limited, including Exports Manager for East, Central & West Africa, and Regional Pharmaceuticals Manager. Educational qualifications include an MBA in General Management from Strathmore Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from Moi University.
