Jason Baird is an experienced worship leader with a diverse background in music and creative arts within church settings. Currently serving as the Executive Worship Leader at Living Hope Baptist Church since October 2017, Jason provides biblical shepherding and oversight of worship volunteers across multiple campuses. Previously, Jason held positions as Worship Pastor at Indian Rocks Baptist Church, where leadership encompassed music direction for the church and Indian Rocks Christian Academy, and as Associate Worship Pastor at Thompson Station Baptist Church, focusing on worship leadership and venue renovations. Jason's early career included singing, songwriting, and managing all business aspects for the band Austins Bridge. Jason earned a Bachelor of Arts in Commercial Music and Music Business from Belmont University.
