Paul Thorpe

Paul Thorpe has extensive experience in the aerospace industry, with a focus on sales and business development. Paul currently works at Living Map as part of the Global Aviation Sales team, where they acquire new airline and airport customers and supports program rollout and development. Prior to this, they were the Managing Partner of ELIRE Aero, where they provided strategic direction to acquired businesses in the sustainable aviation sector. Paul also served as the Vice President of Business Development at Simple Aviation Services, where they promoted and obtained business for the company's portfolio of services. Earlier in their career, Paul held various roles at Burrana, including President of Europe, Middle East, and Africa, where they implemented growth-focused strategies and re-aligned product strategy to fit market demand. Paul also worked at Rockwell Collins as a Sales Director, overseeing customer relationships and winning sales contract awards, and as a Regional Marketing Manager. Paul's experience also includes roles at Thales and BAE Systems, where they focused on sales and contracts management in the aerospace industry.

Paul Thorpe obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Hatfield Polytechnic, where they studied from 1985 to 1989. Later, they pursued further education and completed an MBA degree in Business from Henley Business School, attending from 2006 to 2008.
