Phil Rae

Phil Rae has a wealth of experience in various roles, primarily in the technology sector. Phil currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Living Map since October 2022. Prior to this, they were the Lead Architect at Living Map from May 2020 to September 2022. Before joining Living Map, Phil worked as a Product Lead (Contract) at Prohibition Partners from February 2019 to November 2019. Phil also served as a Product Lead (Contract) at zappit from May 2017 to September 2018. Phil's previous experience includes roles at B2E Technologies, where they worked as a Solution Architect (Contract) from June 2017 to December 2017 and as the Head of Product from January 2016 to May 2017. Phil co-founded JEPSONRAE, where they served as the Technical Director from May 2009 to January 2016. Phil's career began at Accenture, where they worked as a Senior Software Engineer from September 2006 to May 2009.

Phil Rae earned a Bachelor's degree in Internet Computer Science from the University of St Andrews, from 2001 to 2005. Prior to that, they attended Langholm Academy for their high school education, from 1995 to 2001. In addition to their formal education, Phil obtained certifications including the Sun Certified Java Programmer (SCJP) 5.0 from Sun Microsystems in May 2006, a Full UK Driving License for motorcycles in January 2005, a Full UK Driving License for cars in August 2000, and a First Aid at Work certification from St Johns Ambulance in 2008.
