Halia Morris currently serves as the President of the Freddye T. Davy Honors College at Hampton University and is a full-time undergraduate student maintaining a 4.09 GPA while pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Marine and Environmental Science. Halia also holds leadership positions as the President of the SEEDS Ecology Club and the Secretary of the Golden Key International Honour Society. Additionally, Halia is engaged in undergraduate research through the NOAA Living Marine Resources Cooperative Science Center and has completed internships at the Marine Biological Laboratory and Savannah State University. Previous roles include serving as a Teaching Assistant, Peer Tutor, and Student Mentor, as well as working with DICK'S Sporting Goods in customer service roles. Halia has been recognized as a Scholar by the Executive Leadership Council and is actively involved in various academic and community initiatives.
