Rebecca Westover currently serves as the Curator of Endotherms and Ambassador Animals at Loveland Living Planet Aquarium, managing a team of 17 employees and leading various initiatives to promote workplace culture, efficiency, and project management. With extensive experience in animal care and management at Utah's Hogle Zoo as the Primary Keeper for diverse species and at Santa Barbara Zoo as a Zookeeper/Veterinary Technician, Rebecca has honed skills in animal training, enrichment, and data collection. Previous roles include veterinary technician responsibilities and zookeeper assistant positions, complemented by a strong educational background in Biology, Psychology, and ongoing studies in Organizational Leadership at The Johns Hopkins University. Rebecca holds multiple certifications, including PADI Rescue Diver and First Aid/CPR, and is involved in dangerous animal response teams across their career.
