Ian Rathie

Ian Rathie is an accomplished cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in information security leadership. Ian served as Managing Director and Chief Information Security Officer at Fitch Group, Inc. from November 2019 to December 2023. Previously, Ian was a part-time Adjunct Professor at New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering from January 2014 to December 2019. Ian also spent nearly 15 years at Goldman Sachs in various roles, including vice president and Head of Technology Risk in the Investment Management Division, while simultaneously serving as CISO of GS Bank USA for three years. Additional experience includes a role as FVP and Senior Application Security Leader at JP Morgan Chase, and prior to that, significant positions at Bank One Corporation and First USA, where Ian established and expanded application security programs. Ian holds a Master of Science in Cyber Security from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Victoria.
