Alison Read

Alison Read has extensive experience in nonprofit fundraising and donor relations. Currently serving as the Major Gifts Director at Living Water International since November 2015, Alison previously held the position of Manager of Endowment and Planned Giving at the Dallas Symphony Orchestra, where the focus was on developing a strategic planned giving program. Additional roles included Corporate Giving Associate, managing corporate partnerships at the Dallas Symphony Orchestra, and Graduate Intern at Young Life, where Alison built relationships with volunteers and donors. Earlier experience also includes serving as Referral Intake Coordinator at Make-A-Wish America, overseeing wish coordination and fundraising initiatives. Alison holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Oklahoma.
