Anne Losby

Anne Losby is the current Director at LIVING WELL DISABILITY SERVICES. Prior to their current position, Anne Losby held various positions at Thomson Reuters from July 2011 to April 2014. These positions include Senior Director, Culture & Talent and Senior Director Org Development, Technology. In their role as Senior Director, Culture & Talent, Anne was responsible for leading a global culture-shaping initiative that impacted 45,000 employees in over 100 countries. This initiative was aimed at creating a values-driven growth culture fueled by extraordinary employee and customer experiences. As Senior Director Org Development, Technology, Anne provided strategic org design/development and change management consulting to the technology leadership team to ensure the successful transformation of the tech organization into a transparent, efficient, effective, innovative, and collaborative shared technology service organization.

Anne Losby has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management. Anne also has certification from the Human Capital Institute (HCI) in Change Management for HR.
