Clair Schroeder

Clair Schroeder is an experienced professional specializing in workforce development and nonprofit management. Currently serving as a Workforce Development Consultant and previously as a Workforce Development Specialist at Livingston Associates since January 2022, Clair has held various leadership roles, including ITEC Coordinator at Isaac Training and Education Center and Director of Institutional Advancement at Hillel Community Day School, where responsibilities encompassed engaging boards in fundraising and managing development programs. Clair also contributed as Director of Development and Development and Outreach Coordinator at Plymouth Crossroads, developing strategies for funding and sustainability while conducting grant writing. An intern with United Way of Buffalo & Erie County and Buffalo Public Schools, Clair holds a Master of Social Work from the University at Buffalo and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the State University of New York at Fredonia.
