Helidee Millan-Govea

Helidee Millan-Govea has been with Livingston Community Health since July 2016, serving in various managerial roles, including Enhanced Care Management Manager and Community Outreach Manager. Responsibilities include overseeing Community Health Resources Specialists, developing and implementing departmental workflows, and fostering partnerships with local organizations in Merced and Stanislaus County. Significant contributions include the COVID-19 Financial Hardship Pilot Program, the Homeless Outreach Program, and the Healthy Food Access Program. Prior experience at Golden Valley Health Centers included roles as Grant Support Assistant and Americorps Member, focusing on community health initiatives and outreach efforts. Helidee holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Spanish from the University of California, Merced.
