Matt Speer

Matt Speer is the Founder & CEO of Property Management Advisory, a company aimed at providing technology solutions for property managers. Matt is also the Founder of LIV Indy, a residential property management company, and LIVLabs.io, which creates marketing and automation solutions for property managers. Matt is the Owner of Speer Capital Holdings,LLC, investing in real estate and real estate technology businesses. With experience as an Account Executive at Emplify and Bluebridge Digital, Matt has a background in employee engagement and mobile technology. Additionally, Matt was a Co-Founder of rippl, a beta application that launched in 2015. Matt graduated from Butler University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, focusing on Finance and Entrepreneurship & Innovation.
