Joie Graves

Joie Graves has held various roles in the technology industry since 2005. From 2005 to 2011, they were the Assistant Manager of Convergent Billing and a Data Processor at Ocius. From 2011 to 2014, they were a Mother at the Graves Family Household. From 2014 to 2019, they held the roles of QA Engineer I and Sr. Operations Engineer at Zego, and Senior Quality Assurance Engineer and Senior Quality Assurance Engineer Lead at Livly. In these roles, they developed and executed manual test cases to ensure product quality, tested features, system integrations, regressions, UI and compatibility, smoke, and hotfix, and worked with customers to troubleshoot irregularities and translate those issues into development requirements for the IT team. Joie also tested on Android and iOS mobile devices, web applications, API's, and smart locks.

Joie Graves has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English and Theatre from the University of North Dakota, which they obtained from 1998 to 2003. Joie also holds a High School Diploma from High Mowing School, which they obtained from 1993 to 1997. In addition, they have obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including C# Essential Training: 1 Syntax and Object Oriented Programming (April 2019), C# Object-Oriented Programming Tips and Tricks (April 2019), Communicating with Diplomacy and Tact (January 2019), Giving and Receiving Feedback (November 2018), Being an Effective Team Member (September 2018), and Programming Foundations: Software Quality Assurance (September 2018).
