Hemant Nayan

Hemant Nayan has over 20 years of work experience in various roles in the technology industry. Hemant currently works as a Platform Architect at goHUNT. Previously, they were a Consulting Manager at Prudential Financial and Chief Architect at LivNSense Technologies Pvt Ltd.

Prior to that, Hemant worked at Apple as a Solution Architect, where they were responsible for designing new application software and infrastructure deployment architecture. Hemant also coordinated teams, conducted research and development, and worked with technologies such as Java, Spring, Spark, KAFKA, Oracle NOSQL, MongoDB, and Casandra.

Hemant also has experience at Wipro Technologies as an Enterprise/Solution Architect, where they worked on digital transformation projects for major banks in Thailand and the USA. Hemant also worked on the technical alignment of a bank in New Jersey and led enterprise architecture for the migration of systems for a bank divestment in the UK. Hemant was also involved in defining solutions for an Australian bank's branch in India and managing multiple accounts as a Delivery Manager.

Prior to that, Hemant worked at Infosys as a Senior Technical Manager, where they served as a solution architect for multiple banks, defining processes, strategy, target operating models, and transformation initiatives. Hemant also provided architecture and integration strategy to meet enterprise requirements.

Earlier in their career, Hemant worked as a Technical Consultant at Standard Chartered Bank in Singapore, where they were involved in the development and implementation of a corporate banking application called WebBank.

Hemant began their career at Siri Technologies, where they worked as a SMTS and contributed to various projects, including remittance processing, image processing systems, and shipping and transport portals.

Overall, Hemant Nayan has a diverse range of experience in architecture, consulting, and management roles in the technology industry, with proficiency in various software and infrastructure technologies.

Hemant Nayan attended Jawaharlal Nehru National College of Engineering from 1993 to 1998. During this time, they pursued a B.E in Computer Science & Engineering, focusing on the field of study in Computer Science & Engineering.
