Kim Phelan -Samouelian

Kim Phelan-Samouelian is an experienced educational leader currently serving as an Assistant Principal at Livonia Public Schools since August 2019. Prior to this role, Kim held the position of Assistant Principal at Schaumburg School District 54 from August 2015 to August 2019 and at Palos School District 118 from July 2012 to August 2015.
