Cecilia Kocken

Cecilia Kocken is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as a Board Member at Ecolean since June 2024. At Arla Foods, Kocken has held various senior roles since December 2016, including Group Vice President, Head of Global Foodservice, and Senior Category and Brand Director, while also being a member of the European Leadership Team. Additional board memberships include Livsmedelsföretagen and Sweden Food Arena, both starting in May 2023, as well as KappAhl since December 2016. Previous experience includes significant positions at Procter & Gamble from 2005 to December 2016, where Kocken led various marketing and innovation initiatives. Kocken holds a Master of Business Administration from Linköping University and a Master's in Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
