James Lezzer

James Lezzer, SPLP, has an extensive work experience spanning over several industries. James currently holds the position of Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at LivTech, a healthcare-oriented SaaS software and services company. Prior to LivTech, they served as the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at WorldView LTD, an Internet-based document management service provider. Moreover, James also worked as the Director of Strategic Partnerships at MedBridge, a comprehensive education platform focused on patient outcomes.

Before their roles in the technology and healthcare sectors, James held leadership positions in various organizations. James served as the Chief Financial Officer at Operation Fly Our Flag, a non-profit organization honoring active military, veterans, and first responders. Additionally, they worked as the Director of Business Development at Dzeel Clinical Healthcare Staffing, where they focused on expanding the firm's presence and building client relationships.

Earlier in their career, James held roles such as Director of Business Development at Healthcare Resource Group (HRG), Vice President of Business Development at VHC, Inc. (now Revint Solutions), and VP of Business Development at Certive Solutions Inc. James also worked as the Director of Client Services at Budgetrac Systems, Inc., a software provider for real estate developers and property managers.

James started their career as the Director of Sales & Marketing at Omega Consulting Group, LLC, which later became part of Certive Solutions. At Omega, they were responsible for developing marketing campaigns, implementing sales methodologies, and contributing to the firm's general management.

James Lezzer, SPLP, holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting & Finance from Rider University, which they earned from 1989 to 1993. Prior to that, they attended Holy Ghost Preparatory High School from 1985 to 1989. James also obtained additional certifications, including the Strategic Partner Leadership Professional® (SPLP®) from the University of Central Missouri in 2023, and various online certifications in programming, web application architectures, and data science from Coursera Verified Certificates in 2015. James also completed a course on confronting bias through LinkedIn in 2020.
