Kevin Held

Kevin Held is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Interim Chief Financial Officer at LivTech since March 2025, Kevin has also been the Principal at KCK CFO Consulting, LLC since January 2020, providing interim and fractional CFO services to small and mid-sized companies. Previously, Kevin held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Hazeltree from September 2022 to October 2024, where responsibilities included enhancing financial infrastructure and reporting systems. At Vehlo, from March 2020 to September 2022, Kevin implemented finance and accounting controls and oversaw the acquisition of seven companies. Additionally, Kevin worked as a Fractional Chief Financial Officer at CrossTower for a brief period in late 2019, focusing on establishing controls for a cryptocurrency exchange. Kevin holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Adelphi University, earned between January 2002 and January 2005.
