Lisa Baker

Lisa Baker has a diverse and extensive work experience in financial and leadership roles. Lisa currently works as the CFO at LivTech and previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Care Brands. From 2017 to 2019, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Burroughs, Inc. and also worked as the VP Finance (Contract) from 2015 to 2017. Lisa's experience at SciQuest:Jaggaer involved running the accounting and finance function for a SAAS company and collaborating with the SEC, lenders, and private equity firms. Prior to that, they founded DeBrine Baker Coaching, providing leadership coaching and accounting support for small businesses. Lisa also worked as the CFO and COO at iCool Technologies, Inc, and held VP positions at Allscripts and Misys Healthcare Systems. Lisa began their career at Medic Computer Systems as the Director of Accounting.

Lisa Baker received their Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Wake Forest University from 1984 to 1988. Lisa later pursued coaching education at the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) from 2010 to 2011, obtaining a CPC and ELI-MP degree in Coaching. Additionally, Lisa holds certifications including ACC from the International Coach Federation and the Energy Leadership Index - Master Practitioner from iPEC.
