Silvia Aureli is a seasoned professional in the travel and customer service industries, currently serving as the Manager of Operations at LivTours since May 2022 and as a Customer Care Associate for Roman Jews since January 2022. With extensive experience in various roles, including as a Multimedia Internet Assessor at Lionbridge and a travel consultant at WE TRAVEL DESIGNER, Silvia has developed a strong foundation in travel planning, customer relations, and operational management.
