Nikhil Verma has over 17 years of work experience. In 2003, they began their career as an Assistant Manager-Sales (South Region) at Maruti Suzuki India Limited. In 2004, they moved to ABN AMRO Bank N.V. as a Manager Unsecured Assets. In 2006, they joined HSBC as a Senior Mobile Sales Manager-Asia Pacific, Senior Vice President (Sales), Manager International & Retail Banking-Hong Kong, and AVP-Sales Process & Control. In 2011, they became the Head of Bancassurance at Prudential Vietnam Assurance Private Ltd. In 2015, they were appointed as Regional Head, Distribution Development and Transformation at AXA. In 2016, they became the Chief Officer Partnership Distribution and Group at Generali Vietnam Life Insurance. In 2017, they were appointed as Deputy CEO at Aviva Vietnam. In 2018, they became the Co-Founder of Hoorayy - Recruitment platform for F & B, Retail and Hospitality jobs in Vietnam, and Managing Partner at Prevé Executive Search and Consulting. Currently, they are the Founder of LivWell - Move. Burn. Earn. Repeat.

Nikhil Verma has a diverse educational background. Nikhil began their education by attending Campion School, where they completed their High School -10th in Business/Commerce, General. Nikhil then attended Government of Maharashtra Sydenham College of Commerce & Economics B Road Churchgate Mumbai 400 020, where they earned a B.Com in Accounts/Management. After that, they attended Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, where they earned a Masters in Marketing and Strategy. Most recently, Nikhil attended Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, where they earned a Blockchain Strategy Programme in Blockchain. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Oxford Blockchain Strategy Programme from The University of Oxford Saïd Business School in July 2018.
