Charl Badenhorst

Charl Badenhorst has extensive work experience in the food and beverage industry. Charl is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Liwa Minor Food & Beverages LLC. Before that, they worked for Minor International as the Director of International Franchise and Director of International Operations (Global), where they were responsible for strategic business development, brand marketing, and operations across various regions. Prior to that, they held positions at foodpanda - Delivery Hero as the Head of Shared Kitchens Projects (Asia) and at Specialty Food Retailers, Inc. as the Director of Operations (Asia). Charl also has experience at M. H. Alshaya Co., HA20, Century Casinos, and Spur Group (San Remo) in various operations management roles. Overall, Charl Badenhorst has a strong background in managing and developing food and beverage businesses on a global scale.

Charl Badenhorst began their education at the South African Institute of Management from 2012 to 2014, where they pursued a degree in Business Management with a specialization in Marketing. After completing their undergraduate education, they went on to pursue higher studies at Edinburgh Napier University. From 2017 to 2020, they attended Edinburgh Napier University and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance. Currently, Charl is enrolled at the University of Northampton, where they are expected to complete their Doctorates in Business Administration in the field of Business Administration and Management by 2025.
