Riina Gröhn is an accomplished HR and leadership expert with extensive experience in various senior roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at LIWLIG - Nordic Events Group, Riina drives HR strategy, talent development, and corporate responsibility initiatives within the leading event management agency in the Nordics. As the Founder, Owner, and Chairman of MakeBetter Oy, Riina focuses on talent management, leadership coaching, and development assessments. Previously, Riina held significant positions at Fiskars Group, including Vice President of HR, where a global People Experiences unit was established, and contributed to cultural engagement and leadership development. With a solid academic background, including a PhD from the University of Helsinki, and numerous certifications in coaching and assessments, Riina is recognized for expertise in transformational leadership and strategic human resource management.
